The school regularly organizes workshops aimed at enhancing the capacity and skills of the teaching staff. The workshops organised in the month of March 2024 focused on two key areas: Personality Development and Qualities of Effective Teachers. The sessions were conducted by experts in the respective fields, Ms. Sheetal Solanki, CSM ,Lead UOLO, and Ms. Simran Dang from Madhuban Publication.

Ms. Sheetal Solanki, with her expertise in personality development, conducted an insightful workshop for our teachers.The session emphasized the importance of self-awareness, self-confidence, and interpersonal skills in personal and professional growth. Ms. Solanki provided practical tips and techniques for enhancing these qualities, including effective communication strategies, stress management, and emotional intelligence.

Ms. Simran Dang, an expert in education from Madhuban Publication, led a comprehensive workshop on the qualities of effective teachers. The session delved into various aspects of effective teaching, including classroom management, instructional strategies, and student engagement techniques. Ms. Dang shared practical examples and case studies to illustrate the key qualities that contribute to successful teaching practices. Teachers gained valuable insights into enhancing their teaching skills and creating a conducive learning environment for students through these sessions.
